JAK (166)

JAK1, along with JAK2, JAK3, and TYK2, is part of the JAK (Janus-associated kinase) family of cytoplasmic tyrosine kinases, which are crucial for signal transduction mediated by cytokines and growth factors[1]. Aberrant JAK activity, resulting in constitutive activation of signal transducers and activators of transcription (STAT), is closely linked to immune-related diseases and cancers. Inhibiting JAK to disrupt the JAK/STAT signaling pathway has proven highly effective in treating these conditions.
